What will I need to get this program started?

Pro-Waitstaff H.O.S.T. Systems will need to gather some basic, pertinent information about your staff and establishment. These are just a few numbers that we will be able to enter into our system in order to generate a System Value Analysis. The SVA will estimate your potential benefit from the system, should you choose to enroll, so that you may make an informed decision.

  • We will gather your name, email and choice of password (you may change that at any time)

  • Your average daily guest (cover) count

  • Your current guest check average

  • # of All FOH Employees (wait, buss, host, bar, managers)

  • link(s) to online menus (including pricing please - this is VERY beneficial to the SVA)

System Value Analysis

Once your information has been input into the system and your SVA is generated, it will be emailed to you for your review. Upon your approval, invoicing and payment will be processed, and your staff will be individually enrolled (under your establishment) utilizing their names and emails.

FAQ

  • Once purchased, how long is the program valid for?

    You'll have a full 30 days to enroll your staff and for them to complete the coursework, exams and certification. The curriculum is on-demand so they may each start and stop the course as needed.

  • What happens after the 30 day sign-on period?

    Though not mandatory, we HIGHLY recommend staying on with the low-cost subscription maintenance program. This allows for all future new hires to pre-vet during onboarding and start on equal footing. It also allows any member of your staff to revisit material at any time that they may be struggling with or need to review.

  • How long is the coursework?

    Short answer: about 4 hours. The curriculum is broken down into 4 chapters, each about 1 hour long. An exam must be passed at each interval in order to move on to the next. Certification is granted at the completion of the coursework.

  • How will I know when a particular employee, or when my entire staff has taken the course?

    Each member of your enrolled staff will receive certification upon their completion of the coursework. Notification of these certificates will be sent to you.

  • How much is the ongoing new-hire / maintenance program subscription?

    This program is meant to be effective, affordable and a sort of 'no-brainer' for you. The low-cost of $165/mo. will give all future new-hires the same pre-vetted opportunity. This keeps your new, high-value service level consistent and ongoing.

  • Are there any contracts, or will I be obligated to anything?

    No. After the 30 day sign-on...while highly recommended, the ongoing maintenance program is completely up to you. It is also cancelable at any time in the future if you do opt in and decide for any reason later on that it isn't a fit any longer.
